About the blind spot
Every human eye has a natural blind spot (scotoma) where the optic nerve exits the retina. At this point there are no photoreceptors (rods or cones), so the eye cannot detect light.
Normally we don't notice it because our brain fills in the gap using surrounding visual information, and both eyes compensate for each other.
This test is for educational purposes only. If you notice unusual blind spots in daily vision, consult an eye care professional.
